Sandals Resorts International operates as a Jamaican luxury hotel operator and hospitality group, managing all-inclusive, couples-focused resort properties across the Caribbean region. Founded by the late Gordon "Butch" Stewart. Originally launched following the acquisition and overhaul of the Bay Roc Hotel in Montego Bay, the company pioneered industry standards such as swim-up bars, specialty dining concepts, and expansive luxury suites. The business is now run by his son, Adam Stewart. Previous name: Bay Roc Hotel (original property acquisition).
