SportsMax operated as the Caribbean's premier 24-hour sports broadcasting network, producing and distributing local and international sporting events across 27 countries before closing operations in August 2025. Originally established in Kingston as the region's first dedicated sports channel, the company secured major regional broadcast rights for international properties including the English Premier League, and Olympic Games before its 2014 Digicel acquisition. Founded by: Chris Dehring, Oliver Clarke, and Patrick Rousseau. Previous name: International Sports Broadcasting Limited (ISBL)
