Food and beverage supervisors run a restaurant, bar or banquet service - rostering, standards, stock and the guest issues staff escalate. A hospitality diploma or HEART/NSTA Trust certification plus floor experience is the usual route, and most are promoted from server or bartender. The all-inclusive resorts are the dominant employer in this region, with hotels, restaurants and catering contractors making up the rest.
