IT support technicians are the first line when something stops working - accounts, laptops, printers, connectivity - triaging what they can fix and escalating what they cannot. It is one of the more accessible technology roles in the region: a HEART/NSTA Trust certificate, a community college diploma or CompTIA A+ is often enough to start. Outsourcing centres, banks, government agencies, hotels and any organisation past a few dozen staff hire for it.
