Receptionists are the first point of contact - greeting visitors, handling the switchboard, managing the appointment book and the front-of-house paperwork. CSEC passes including English and a presentable, patient manner are the core requirements, with office administration certification an advantage. Medical and dental practices, hotels, law and accounting firms, car dealerships and corporate offices all hire for it.
